With the large amount of money and
time involved in auto loan deals, car finance,
van finance and other vehicle
financing offers, making a mistake is completely unacceptable and may cost you
thousands of dollars. To help novice car buyers avoid common car financing
pitfalls, here are some DOs and DON’Ts related to
car finance:

DON’T apply
for an auto loan without knowing your credit rating first. The interest rates
that a bank gives will depend largely on the status of your credit score. This
has an added negative effect because applying for an auto loan with a bad credit
rating and having your application rejected will effectively ruin your standing
with that auto loan company, along with your chances of getting a loan with them
again.

DO an
extensive assessment of your credit report and try to find out if there are past
mistakes that may affect the chances of getting a good rate. This has an added
benefit of allowing you to see and correct errors or issues, and will let you
catch any signs of fraud or identity theft.

DON’T
overspend. For many car buyers, it is very tempting to spend outside of your
intended budget when you are already in front of all the gorgeous cars and
accessories at the dealership. Car dealers know this, that is why they will
sometimes offer a relatively low price and when you bit it and finally go to the
showroom, they will tempt you with lots of extra features and accessories. Some
of the really good ones can even influence you into buying a different, more
expensive car.

DO set a
budget for the car you want to buy. Be very strict and unflinching in your
budget, especially if your current cash flow is not very flexible. Remember that
you can buy and install accessories and extra features later when you have extra
money to spend. You can also have a go for
guaranteed car loans.

DON’T go to
the showroom or dealership without first doing some research on the current
prices and interest rates being offered in the marketplace. It is important to
know if the car dealer is offering you a competitive rate.

DO some
research on the internet. There are lots of websites these days that give you
the ability to compare prices and interest rates between various car dealerships
with only a few clicks of your mouse. This is an important service that you
should never ignore especially considering how accessible the information is.

DON’T sign
any documents or close any deals when you feel like the dealership staff is
rushing or putting you under pressure. People who are under pressure tend to
make bad financial decisions.

DO pay
attention to your comfort zone. If you feel like the dealership staff is
coercing you or putting you under pressure, walk away from the deal. Car dealers
usually try to take advantage of buyers’ feelings of anxiety and try to get you
into a position where you want to do anything just to get everything over with,
then they’ll offer you an expensive car with high interest rates.

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal>Even the most enthusiastic executives of Search engine optimization companies have started admitting the fact in their very private discussions that Link submissions are no longer bringing a phenomenal change in SEO. Why such a fatal turnout for such a fundamental and proven SEO technique? Is it purely a rumor or just a foolish notion of ignorant people? We will try to look into the core concept of links and its current scenario.

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office />

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal>Linking is one of the most traditional techniques of SEO and people have found it to be highly effective for a long period of time. Even today every SEO expert advises that every inbound link works as a positive vote. Even Google webmaster tools also speak in volumes favoring links for cost effective internet marketing. On the other hand many webmasters and SEO consultants have shown their concerns about the delay of link approval processes in most directories and this has become a global scenario today. Mainly the Google update of April 2008 has raised innumerable questions and doubts about the entire linking process and its actual effects. We have noticed several sites to rank even without a single link.

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal>

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal>We should not deviate from a basic fact that google and other search engines have been shifting their focus from the directories slowly but inevitably. As a result, even the directory owners are also losing their enthusiasm regarding maintaining directories, which have awarded them a lot of money through featured links, sponsors and advertisements. When the father looses his interest on his child, he becomes an orphan and being an orphan, link directories have lost their inherent glamour’s and for obvious reasons, they are fading away very slowly, but the tendency is noticeable. Even if a link is submitted, they take enough time for even approval, which has got a ripple effect even among link submitters.

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal>

<P style=MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-ALIGN: justify class=MsoNormal>The residual focus of the webmasters or directory owners are still limping on paid links, featured links or at the least link exchange, where they find the tangible benefits either in monitory terms or even in maintaining the ranking of their websites. Perhaps the day is not far away where a link will only work as an indirect outlet of the website instead of a prime SEO technique.

Getting tired of the same old routine of dieting and exercising and not satisfied with the results? There’s this new product that would help you lose weight faster than dieting and exercising alone. Alli™ is the only FDA approved over the counter weight loss product so don’t hesitate in trying it out. Alli works by preventing the break down of 25% of the fat you eat, thus, undigested fat cannot be absorbed by the body and passes out naturally. Alli only works on fat so rest assured that you would still be getting your carbohydrates and protein. If you’ve ever tried dieting pills before and noticed side effects like sleeplessness, a racing heart and jittery effects, you wouldn’t be experiencing this with Alli™ because it only works on your digestive system and not your brain and heart.

What’s so good about Alli diet pills is, you’d be motivated to work harder on losing weight, aside from that, you’d have to stay away from foods high in fat to lessen the treatment effects. Treatment effects are minor and would include gas with oily spotting among others. These effects are easily remedied by decreasing the amount of fat intake. So with this in mind, anyone who uses Alli diet pills, who is really focused on losing weight would have to eat the right kind of food. With your hard work and Alli, you can lose about 50% more weight than with just dieting alone. That means if you could lose 10 pounds through dieting, you could lose 15 with Alli!

If you think losing weight is a hopeless case for you, worry no more because your ally in losing weight is here! Alli diet pills— your ally in losing weight.

By now every football fan knows that one of the countries hosting the Euro 2008 is Austria. Most of you also know where exactly the matches will be played. As I came to think of it, I am sure that some of you who will visit Austria for the Euro 2008 will take advantage of the situation and go a little sightseeing. So I decided to make a short list of the places one might want to see in the cities, where the matches will be played.

Let’s start with the capital of Austria - Vienna. The city is located in the Vienna State, in the south-eastern part of the country. It is famous for its many places of interest - there is something there for everyone. There you can go to numerous museums, opera houses, concert halls, parks and historic sites. Among the most popular places you can visit is the Schönbrunn Castle - the summer royal residence. There you can see 40 of the magnificent rooms of the baroque building, plus the gorgeous garden around it. Some other places you should not miss include the Hofburg Imperial Palace, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Vienna State Opera and the Schatzkammer (Imperial Treasury).

Innsbruck is another city where the Euro 2008 tickets will be carried out. It is the capital of Tyrol, situated in the western part of the country. The city is a huge winter resort popular for its many skiing opportunities. The landscape around it is magnificent - the most beautiful part of the Alps. There are also many places one should not miss. The Imperial Palace (Hofburg) is a gothic building from the 15th century. In the Old Town you will find the landmark of the city - the Golden Roof. It is actually a 3 storey balcony from the 15th century which roof is capped with nearly 3 000 copper tiles plated in gold. The Swarovski Kristallwelten (Crystal Worlds) is also magnificent. It is located under an artificial hill and consists of seven halls with different themes, but all in honour of the Swarovski crystals.

The third city of the Euro 2008 in Austria is Salzburg. It is the capital of the Salzburg State, situated on the banks of the Salzach River. The city is the birth place of the great Mozart and you can visit the building, in which he was born and lived. Salzburg has many historical sites to offer and it is a protected heritage site by UNESCO. Salzburg’s Cathedral is very popular and the first church on the place was built in 767. Other interesting places include the Festival Halls, the Untersberg Mountain, Mirabell Palace, Salzburg’s Zoo, the Holy Trinity Church and more.

The last town which will hold the Euro 2008 in Austria is Klagenfurt. It is the capital of Carinthia, located in the most southern parts of the country. There are a total of 23 different castles in the city, most of them built in the 12th century.

With this ends my list of interesting places around the Euro 2008 in Austria hotels. I do hope many of you will take the opportunity and visit some of the gorgeous places in this country.

Bulgaria with its capital city Sofia is like a lesser child of Europe. The country was pretty popular tourist destination and before when was under a communist regime. But with the coming of Democracy, the country has seen quite major economic reforms and continuously growing tourist flow.

The beautiful ancient cities of Bulgaria are now enjoying a great number for tourists and travelers from across the globe, but most of these are coming mostly because of the unique ski, spa and Bulgaria Black Sea resorts.
Bulgaria offers some of the most exciting destinations for tourists looking to enjoy a vacation for less in Europe, offering unique and unspoiled nature. Further the country is still quite less expensive as compared to most of the other European countries.
But this country of almost 8000000 people has much to offer for a tourist wanting to explore. Bulgaria is full of rich flora and fauna and fresh water springs and curative mineral mud coasts. Bulgaria is well connected to by Eurail, European budget flyers and the Eurolines bus service and the of course, if you have rented a car in Europe mainland, you very well drive in to the country with a valid passport and visa for any of the EU member countries.
Apart from the springs and the mineral mud coasts, Bulgaria has on offer its beautiful Black Sea Coast and the amazing seaside resorts surrounding it. Every year thousands of tourists from all over the world flock to the various cities located on the side of Bulgaria Black Sea. The largest and most important cities located on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast are Bourgas and Varna.
Although Bourgas is more of an industrial town located on the Black Sea coast, it is fast becoming a favored tourist destination because of the free trade zone and its great night life. Apart from that, the fact that Bourgas is one of the two airports on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where your flights would land, it has also ensured that it develops faster as compared to other smaller towns. Bourgas is also surrounded by various beautiful sea coast resorts like the Sunny Beach resort for example.
Varna is the other the major city on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast which attracts a number of tourists each year. Actually most of the tourists coming to Bulgarian Black Sea are landing in Varna’s international airport. It is also one the most beautiful and modern towns in Bulgaria. Varna is a town where the renaissance, medieval and the modern world meet. The city is full of amazing pieces of architecture and is surrounded by many beautiful beach resorts, such as Albena, St. Konstantin & Elena, Golden Sands and many more.
The most famous beachside hotel cum resort in Varna is the Dallas Residence. It is located at walking distance from the beach front and offers all the modern amenities with a peaceful surrounding. Being within the city, it ensures that you can always go around the city any moment to see its beautifully landscaped gardens and many other attractions that the city has on offer for every tourist.

If you are at risk of getting a stroke or youve experience stroke
or TIA before, it is a good idea that you consult your physician about
it. Inquire if you could get the various tests to diagnose or screen
your risk of getting a stroke. Screen or diagnostic tests would also
give you an idea what kind of stroke you had and what was the root
cause of your stroke.

Ways to Diagnose Stroke
Stroke prevention physicians or healthcare givers adopt various examinations or tests to screen or diagnose stroke or TIA. These tests include:

a. Physical examination. Physicians would often check if you are at
risk of getting a stroke. People who are at risk for stroke are those
people diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol or
elevated amino acid homocysteine levels. The physician may also listen
to irregular or abnormal heart beats and sounds.

b. Laboratory
tests. There are various laboratory procedures that screen out patients
and give diagnostic laboratory results. Some of these laboratory tests
include carotid ultrasonography, arteriography, computerized tomography
(CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and echocardiography.

What are the Different Stroke Treatments?

It is very important that people receive prompt treatment for stroke.
Treatment, however, would depend on the kind of stroke. There are two
kinds of stroke and they are caused by different factors. The stroke
treatment, therefore, would differ as well.

To treat ischemic
stroke, the physician would have to remove obstructions in the brain in
order to restore the brains normal blood flow. Once a person shows
symptoms of ischemic stroke, clot removal drugs would have to be given
to the patient intravenously within three hours. Prompt stroke
treatment would give the patient better chances of recovery.

Preventive medications are also given
especially if the patient has already suffered a stroke. These
medications include anti-platelet drugs and anticoagulants.

In
order to treat hemorrhagic stroke, surgery procedures may be
recommended. These procedures include aneurysm clipping, coiling or
aneurysm embolization and surgical AVM removal.

Stroke Treatment Post-Surgery
People who underwent surgery procedures because of stroke are required
to undergo post-surgery treatment. This stroke treatment includes
rehabilitation. Patients rehab would depend on the type of stroke and
the area of the brain that was affected. It would also take into
consideration the severity of damage to the tissues. Post-operation
treatment requires the coordinated efforts of various people to help
the patient get back on his feet. Usually, the patients physiatrist,
nurse, dietician, physical and occupational therapist, recreational
therapist, speech therapist, psychiatrist, social worker and even his
chaplain would work together to help stroke recovery.
The post-surgery stroke treatment is designed to help the patient gain
back his independence. It is geared towards helping the patient relearn
all his skills like walking and talking.

Future of Stroke Treatment
Studies are being done to develop drugs that would dissolve clots
faster. These drugs could be administered intravenously or directly
into the clogged brain artery. This is considered to be a rather
aggressive type of treatment. Stroke medication
designed to slow down brain cells degeneration are also being
developed. Nothing is still perfect but there are high hopes for stroke
treatment.

A stroke can be devastating. It could change your life in a mere
second. A stroke occurs suddenly. If it is not prevented, it could
result to paralysis or death. Actually, it is easier to prevent stroke
than to treat it. Once you have a stroke, brain cells are oftentimes
irreparably damaged; although, there are times when the brain could
heal itself.

The stroke rehabilitation
is also extremely taxing. Often, people do not completely recover from
stroke. So, to lessen the chances of you having a stroke, it is
important that you know stroke treatment prevention measures.

Do not Invite Heart Diseases
It is interesting to note that stroke is regarded as a cardiovascular
disease. The stroke occurs in the brain but it triggered by weak
vessels or abnormal blood flow. It is very important, therefore, that
use all stroke prevention measures possible to keep your heart healthy.
You can do this by:

a. Adopt a healthy eating habit. Avoid
oily, salty and fatty foods. It is a good idea to get a healthy dose of
Omega 3. Cod liver oil and Omega 3 supplements could help. Avoid
saturated fats but replace them with polyunsaturated fats. Avoid or
moderate alcohol intake.

b. Visit your doctor regularly. Have regular cholesterol checks.

c. Keep tabs on your blood pressure. Make sure you do not develop hypertension or you avoid developing one.

d. Be familiar with your family history. This could contribute to the risk of you developing a heart disease.

e. Avoid developing diabetes. If you have a family history of
developing diabetes, you are at risk of developing diabetes. If you
have diabetes, make sure you get proper treatment for it. Diabetes can
cause atherosclerosis.

Adopt Healthy Personal Habits
It is very important that you adopt healthy habits. Some people do not
know that keeping your gums healthy is a good way to prevent stroke.
Gum diseases could put you at risk. Here are some things that you can
do to prevent stroke through personal habits:

a. Brushing your teeth at least twice a day.

b. Visit your dentist regularly.

c. Do not smoke. People may not know that stroke causes may be directly attributed to smoking.

Keeping Yourself Fit and Healthy
People who are overweight are at great risk of eventually getting a
stroke. They are at greater risk of developing fat deposits in the
brain. You can keep yourself fit and healthy through proper diet and
regular exercise. If youre trying to lose weight, however, make sure
that you adopt measures that are healthy. Low-calorie diet and regular
exercise is a great way to lose weight. Regular exercise is extremely
important. This promotes healthy blood circulation and keeps the heart
strong. Youd also be able to control your weight if you are exercising
regularly. People who have sedentary jobs are often at risk of
developing diabetes and hypertension. Make sure that you hit the gym at
least three times a week. A 30-minute walk daily is also a great way to
lose weight. Vary your exercise so you wont get bored.
